Returns
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount to cover any loss in value. It's important that the product is returned in its original condition to ensure that it can be resold and used by another customer.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, customer will take the responsibility of shipping cost for return. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at vintinhaus@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and personalized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to another customer. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective customized or personalized order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
