At our store, we take great pride in creating high-quality products made of brass alloy. Our items are carefully crafted, polished, and waxed before leaving our facility to ensure their longevity and resistance to aging and rusting.

We adapt an unlacquered finish on our brass products. While this allows for the natural oxidation process to occur over time, it also adds a charming sense of unique history and weight to each item. However, if you prefer to slow down the aging and rusting process even further, please feel free to contact us to learn more about additional coating service.

How long the order will be processed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, at this early stage of our Shopify business, we will process order within 1-5 days.

However, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume. Some of our products may involve manual craftsmanship or complex production processes, or you may have ordered a customized product, which could affect processing time. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?

Currently our products are shipped directly from our family-owned factory in China, and the estimated shipping time is typically 3-7 business days. We are keep expanding and wish to set up U.S. warehouse and having even shorter delivery time eventually.

However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions and customs processing. If you choose express shipping, your order will typically arrive more quickly, around 3-7 days. However, please note that even with express shipping, delivery times may still be affected by factors outside of our control.

Please also keep in mind that shipping times do not include processing times, which generally take 1-5 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.
