Regarding to materials and finish:
At our store, we take great pride in creating high-quality vintage style products made of solid brass. Our items are carefully crafted, polished, and waxed before leaving our facility to ensure their longevity and resistance to aging and rusting.
By default, all of our yellow brass-finished products are unlacquered (except for the door handles which subject to be touched daily) to allow for natural oxidation over time, enhancing their unique charm and character. However, if you prefer to slow down the aging and rusting process, simply leave us a note at checkout for an extra coating service.
How long the order will be processed?
We're committed to processing orders swiftly, typically within 1-5 days. For in-stock items, we aim to ship within 3 days. However, processing times can vary depending on factors like product type and order volume. Customized products or those requiring manual craftsmanship may take longer. Rest assured, if there are any delays or issues with your order, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?
We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders! Estimated shipping time is typically 3-7 business days, whether your order ships from our China factory or US warehouse. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary based on your location and other factors outside our control, like weather conditions and customs processing.
Do you offer service of customizing products?
Yes, we offer a service for customizing certain products. Depending on the product, we may be able to personalize it with color, logo, or other design element. Please contact us for more information about customizing a specific product, including pricing and lead time. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless there is a defect or error on our end. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I want to cancel the order?

How to return my order?
If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized products. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, and once we receive it, we will issue a refund. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.
